At Trinity Bat Company, every bat is handcrafted with precision and care to meet the highest standards of performance. We are proud to stand behind the quality of our wood and workmanship with a 45-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What Our Warranty Covers:

Cracks, splits, or structural damage that occur during normal on-field use (games or practices with regulation baseballs/softballs).

Manufacturing defects in wood or craftsmanship.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

Damage from misuse, including but not limited to:
-
Hitting dimple balls, cage balls, weighted balls, or anything other than a regulation baseball/softball.

Use in batting cages with non-regulation balls.

Breakage from improper storage (e.g., leaving bats in extreme heat, cold, or moisture).
-
Cosmetic wear such as: ball marks, seam impressions, or paint/finish chipping.
-
Bats that have been altered after purchase (engraving, cupping, sanding, weight adjustments, etc.).
-
Bats purchased secondhand or from any unauthorized retailer.
-
Collapsed cups that do not alter the bat’s performance.
How to File a Warranty Claim:

Contact Trinity Bat Company within 45 days of purchase.

Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

Submit a minimum of 5 clear, detailed photos of the bat, including:

Handle
-
Barrel
-
Etching information with serial number
-
Front of the bat
-
Back of the bat
-

Email your claim and photos to bats@trinitybats.com.

If Trinity requests the bat to be shipped back for closer inspection, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

Once reviewed and approved, Trinity will replace the bat with one of equal or similar model/finish.
Important Notes:

Each original bat is limited to one warranty replacement.

Warranty replacements do not carry a new 45-day warranty.
-
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
-
Trinity reserves the right to determine whether damage falls under warranty coverage.
